*Trainees – Refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Conference.
** Nurses & Students registrations include: participation in scientific sessions, mini program, entrance to all coffee breaks and lunches as per the Conference program.

Payment information
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website Using a bank transfer or a credit card. Payment via AMEX or Diners credit cards will be charged to your account in USD, according to exchange rate to the EUR on the date of payment.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Until December 6, 2025:  100% refund (less €50 handling fee)
From December 7, 2025: 50% refund
No refund on cancellations after January 15, 2026

Liability
The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ACT 2026 Conference. Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
